ESA and going back to work?

What would happen if someone decided to take up a full-time job position whilst on ESA (support group) and then decided within 3 months that is was too much too soon - would all of their benifits be reinstated ESA (support group) and Severe Disability Premium and continue as before - or would they be called in to for a reassessment and have to submit a new ESA50?
Also, are you allowed to keep PIP payments whilst working full-time or do you have to inform the DWP?

You have a 12 week period during which you can make a rapid reclaim. Your original award would be reinstated including any disability premiums.

You would not be called in for a reassessment as a matter of course but bare in mind that you can have another assessment at any time.

You can claim PIP whilst working so do not have to notify them unless there is a change in your conditions.
