Parking ticket for company car

Hi I have received a parking ticket from APCOA for my company car with up to 28 days to appeal...day 13 now. Signage was really unclear and no clear indication that they were not marked bays. Is this the correct appeal email I need to send to them please? And when do I need to send it?

To whom it may concern,
Reference: Parking Charge Notice xxxxxxxxx : Vehicle Registration xxxxxxx
I refer to the above-detailed Parking Charge Notice (“PCN”) issued to me by (“xxx”) as a Notice to Hirer. I confirm that as the hirer of this vehicle, I am its keeper for the purpose of the corresponding definition under Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (“POFA”) and I write to formally challenge the validity of this PCN.
You will no doubt be familiar with the strict requirements of Schedule 4 of POFA to be followed in order for a parking operator to be able to invoke keeper liability for a Parking Charge. There are a number of reasons why xxxxx's Notice to Hirer did not comply with POFA; in order that you may understand why, I suggest that you carefully study the details of Paragraphs 13 and 14 of Schedule 4 in particular.
Given that xxx has forfeited its right to keeper liability, please confirm that you shall now cancel this charge. Alternatively, should you choose to reject my challenge, please provide me with details of the Independent Appeals Service (POPLA), their contact details and a unique POPLA appeal reference so that I may escalate the matter to POPLA.
Thank you for your cooperation and I look forward to receiving your response within the relevant timescales specified under the British Parking Association Ltd Code of Practice.
Yours faithfully,

Was it a windscreen PCN from APCOA? If so, then I wouldn't talk about it being a 'Notice to Hirer' because a windscreen PCN isn't.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes it was a windowscreen PCN. Ok do I use another word instead of hirer?
Is there a standard letter template to send to APCOA for a window screen PCN for a company car?
TBH honest was confused by the newbie advice - is the boilerplate copy above my email appeal to APCOA?
Thx0 -
A windscreen PCN is a Notice to Driver.0

Gotcha thanks. Email sent, let's see what happens.0

Sent the template letter by email 24th December. Got response back from APCOA 10th Jan to say that my appeal has "been unsuccessful on this occasion." They provide photographs saying the vehicle "was parked outside of a designated bay".
However it was extremely unclear whether where I was parking was a designated bay or not - there were ten other drivers or so in the line who had parked - all of whom were window ticketed by end of the day.
Do I appeal through POPLA?
I have been out of the country so missed the 14 day reduced payment option.0 -
Have you told your employer about it? You might want to tell them so that they don't pay the charge while you're trying to appeal it. I think the advice for company cars is not to wait but to start the POPLA appeal now, although I may be wrong about that.Go to the ant, thou sluggard0

Do you realise how easy it is to beat APCOA at POPLA simply by using a few template points? Read other similar threads & copy a POPLA appeal, it's that simple with APCOA.Have you told your employer about it?
- he/she appealed a windscreen PCN and APCOA can't now go to the keeper
- the OP will soon win at POPLA, so this will never go anywhere.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
