Online retailer won't accept return on sale item

I purchased 3 dresses on 28th November 2017 from House of CB London. It was a special offer of 3 dresses for £130.
2 of them didn't fit so I wanted to return them. The retailer said they don't accept returns on this offer at all and it is clearly stated on the website. I went back to the website and checked and it says this:
3 FOR £130 PROMOS ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND.
Are they allowed to do this? I was under the impression that the Consumer Contract Regulations state that any item purchased online can be returned, for any reason.
What should I do?
EDIT: I paid by credit card (Aqua)

Were they bespoke? (Doesn't sound like it)
When did you receive and when did you tell them you wanted to return?
Have you contacted your card issuer?0 -
If this is a change of mind return, when did you notify them?0

Quick look at their T&C's and I'd be willing to bet they haven't informed OP of their rights in accordance with CCRs.
For example their returns says:
- You need to return the goods to them within 14 days of receipt
- They'll deduct "free" outbound postage at a rate of £6 per order if your item is under £250. If your order value is £250.01-£500, it will be £6 per item and if your order was £500.01+ then it will be £12 per item.
- That goods must be returned unworn/with all tags attached.
Despite apparently having stores in the UK, its only contact address on the website is hong kong. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
Interesting. They appear to be yet another dodgy Chinese retailer but they do have UK stores and appear to fulfill online orders in the UK.
Did you receive any terms and conditions in the order confirmation, or anything to confirm what entity the contract is actually with?0 -

No not bespoke.
Received early December (not sure of exact date) and told them we wanted to return them within a couple of days of receiving them..
Yes I contacted Aqua yesterday and they are sending me a dispute form. Are disputes usually successful in this type of situation?0 -

I'm not sure. I will ask my gf to check her email when she gets back from work0
