  • It's worth it to know that all my energy is coming from renewable sources (also their customer services are much easier to deal with than some of the bigger companies).

    Soon to be one less customer I'm afraid. Numerous problems with billing over the past year - but I was not too concerned because I paid on receipt of bill. I wouldn't fancy giving them free-rein to dip into my bank account to take direct debits. I would probably have stayed because of the ethos of the company but, for the sake of adding the £30 penalty for non-DD, they lose a customer.


    So, Ecotricity? Solarplicity? At least I've got a few days off to read some reviews!
