Is there a Proper Hybrid Manual/Auto Gearbox Available?

I have a Golf GTE - hybrid (drive is petrol/electric - with plug-in). DSG gearbox - auto, or manual, manual shift with gear lever, or paddles. Best of all worlds, and it's a super car. It's so popular that VW have just suspended ordering because of 8 month backlog!

I've never seen the hint of a regen on my Mondeo either but according to the logs retrieved with Forscan it seems to be doing one every 600km or so. Now on 126,000 miles on the original DPF filter so whatever its doing it seems to be happy with it. The lorries I drive at work at coming up to 3 years old are on 600,000km now on their original particulate filters which have a gauge you can see and they're all showing 0%.

DPF filters aren't an issue if you do a decent run every now and again. Its when they spend most or all of their time pottering around town it is a problem.

A couple of years ago Kia were developing an 8 speed auto box with a torque converter, wonder if they are putting it into a hybrid car yet?????
