Now that the other party has been determined as at fault, your insurer should help you make the necessary claim from the driver's insurance.
He's third party fire and theft so his own insurers won't help him recover his uninsured losses.
What information do you have OP? Do you have a registration? As others have said, contact a specialist solicitor. Do a google search on White Dalton. They are a well respected motorcycle specialist lawyer. If you don't have LEI and sign up to a no win, no fee agreement your solicitors may take up to 25% of your damages.0 -
Thank you all for suggestions and comments.
And no, i do not have any details of the other driver, only name/surname and case reference from the police. Will request registration details today to see what else can i do.
As for the injury - i am already dealing with one of the injury lawyers (suggested by my insurer) and only "negative" side i have is that my bike is still standing damaged and dont know how can i claim for repairs/compensation.0 -
Have you asked the injury lawyer if they can tag your claim for damage to the bike onto your injury claim? It should be fairly straightforward.
Alternatively you could use an accident management company who will arrange for you to get a replacement bike on credit hire while your repairs are sorted out, and send the final bill to the other side's insurers. If you Google "accident management motorcycle" you'll get some possibilities, though I can't recommend a specific company.0 -
Beware the terms of credit hire - as long as the OP is not liable for the costs of the hire in the event the claim does not succeed.0

When I was a dispatch rider these were the 'go to' people for help.
I used them twice to great success

AS already suggested if you have a lawyer dealing with a personal injury claim he/she will deal with any property damage as well. It is all the same claim. The lawyer will also be used to getting info from police forces. Let the lawyer do it all.0
