You are after the MSE 100% discount. The mugs discount is for mugs.
Have you taken your own pics of the site and signage to show how it is possible for a motorist to miss them?
Have you compared the signs with the BPA CoP to see if they comply?
Have you found out when the scammers took over and installed their not fit for purpose scamming cameras?I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
The 100% discount is what we all want.
I have taken pictures and I think the signs may well comply. It's a recent installation (within last few months) and I fear all the usual things that can be challenged have been addressed by PE. Hence my question. Pay £60 now, or appeal and then have to pay £100?0 -
Upload your pictures to a web hosting site then post the URLs here, but change http to hxxp as you can't post live links. Someone here will change it back to a live link.

Has to be your decision. We would not cave in. Your money, your choice.
PE often do not contest at POPLA when they see a long appeal, but they do often win when they do contest.
I have seen lots of PE car parks (e.g. when they took over at all Asda sites, from Smart Parking, and also where they reduced the maximum parking time at various Aldi stores) where they did NOT add any prominent signs to draw the changes to anyone's clear attention.
Do you think POPLA will find these signs are very prominent & clear?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Frankly, yes. I'll upload the pics. My only hope is that they have messed up landowner permission / chain of authority.0

But where are the signs telling people who are familiar with the car park, that it's changed? And was it dark when he parked? Those signs are not lit.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sorry, I don't have dates for when they took over the site, but it is quite recent0

The driver was only slightly familiar with the car park, so it's difficult to say how it changed, although all the sigposts you can see I believe are relatively recent. It was also broad daylight....0

Frankly, yes.
It looks like even an eight foot tall person would have trouble reading this writing:0
