Utility company appeared in Noddle credit report?

I did my monthly credit check using noddle (as usual) and the rating had gone down unexpectedly.
Looking through the file, in the "financial-account-information" section in addition to the expected bank accounts there is an entry for Severn Trent Water.
The name and address is correct, but there are three errors:
1 the account number is wrong
2 the account start date is wrong
3 the payment amount is wrong
The first two look like default values which haven't been correctly filled.
The payment amount is nearer to my monthly energy bill than anything... I pay water bill every six months, and 1/12th of the total is nowhere near the payment shown.
So I read noddle guidance, and it basically says - we use the data the other companies give us: talk to them if it's wrong.
A chat session with STwater says they, like other utilities, have started to share data with credit agency companies from this month: check with noddle to see if they are using their own reference for the account number and what the billing period is.
I'm awaiting a reply from noddle.
Anyone else having issues like this?
