Provided wrong bank detail

I provided the wrong bank detail to Quidco. For some bizarre reason, they would not tell me what was the bank detail I provided. After many messages, we managed to establish this fact only 9 months later...

They are not failing to assist me to uncover the money sent to someone else's bank account.
Legally, is there anything I can do?

You provided the details. But it is Quidco's fault. Just an observation.
    How are Quidco assisting you.
  • Sorry, I meant they are failing to assist me.

I guess I am to blame because I did provide the wrong details initially.

They just told me bluntly that they cannot help me as the money must have gone to someone else's account.

you input the details into quidcos site, wait 24 hours before they can be used and then withdraw cash again not checking the details? sorry but if they cant help i dont think theres much you can do.

It's your fault but them providing no assistance at all is not helpful and made the problem harder (if not impossible) to solve.

Problem is that unless they're providing a regulated service, you can't go to FOS. So unless you email again and explain the above, you're at a dead end.
