Universal Credit & Minimum Work Requirements

Hello everyone!
I wonder if anyone can shed some light on this?
My husband and I both currently work part-time and already receive some Universal Credit. However, our son is autistic and receives Middle-Rate DLA, and recently our childcare arrangements have fallen through. Thus my husband is quitting his job in January to become our son's full time carer. He has already handed in his notice.
Our son is 4 and starts school in September so we expect this to be a relatively short term arrangement as my husband's employer have already said they will welcome him back.
My question is: will the DWP frown upon the fact that only one of us is working and least of all only part-time? I read that they want us to at least earn the equivalent of minimum wage at 35 hours per week, and I individually earn just under that threshold. I have asked my HR and they currently don't have space to allow me to increase my hours, though I did work full-time for them previously and they will let me know when they can.
Will we be sanctioned in the meantime for the fact that I earn under their recommended wage?
Thank you!

I assume your husband intends to claim Carers Allowance. If so, I assume that would remove the requirement for him to seek work, but I'm not clear on the way UC functions.0
