TOTO energy have failed to complete the switch

Hi
Can't seem to see where to post this on the C.E.Club, so posting here. Toto Energy, who told me on 2nd December that my switch from Ecotricity had gone through, were lying. They've only switched electricity.
How do I cancel the switch and try a different supplier please?

There, there is a TOTO representative who genuinely tries to help. He may well be able to get you out of your relationship with TOTO.

Unless I have misread all the recent posts on various threads about Toto, I would just initiate a switch to another supplier. It might be quicker than having an argument with Toto about a failed transfer.
