Garage Conversion Cold Spots

Dunno if this is the write place to post so please let me know if not.
Got my garage converted last year and this year (with it being a very cold winter) I’ve started noticing the room loses heat fast. I got a temperature gun and noticed some massive temperature variations at points near the window (up to 15 degrees) and in the corners between the wall and the floor.
I’ve got some pics the company took when installing the insulation and pics of the temperature differences (but the forum won’t let me post them sadly). Has anyone got an initial idea what might be going wrong here?
