My hearing has become increasingly worse over the last two years I am 72 and relying on my husband for help day to day I do have aids but still miss a lot of things that he has to help with I was told i could claim under the AA H ave you any advise as to the procedure for claiming ( tips)The form suggests talking to CAB , is that the best way

I would recommend getting help because I'm not sure how easy it will be to establish entitlement to AA for hearing loss. You could contact Action on Hearing Loss and see if there is any local support available - we have a Centre for the Deaf in our city, for example.
Also, have you had your hearing and your aids checked recently? Is it possible adjustments would help - have you had your tubes changed within the last year, for example?Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
