Power flushing central heating system

Power flushing is all done in a sealed system, whatever killed the fish wasn't that.0

Just had a bit of a googling about powerflushing.
I was under the impression that you don't need to remove all the radiators. Surely that'd be a right PITA especially if you're on your own.
I know one of our rads was an absolute nightmare to fit, even with two people because it sits right under the window sill and very close to the wall. I wouldn't want to take that off again unless i had to.
Anyway i saw a video on how to do it & the guy removed a rad to do the powerflushing.Surely you don't need to do that for every single rad in the house?0 -
No, depending on how they attach the machine to the system they may remove 1 radiator and connect in to the pipe work there, they may connect to the heating pump or ideally they would connect to the boiler flow and returns.
Once the machine is hooked up there would be no need to remove anymore radiators.0 -
