Highview Parking PCN

Hi All
I have received a PCN from Highview Parking which i have appealed on several grounds:
- The address on the PCN is incredibly vague 'Pure Gym Bristol' - there are at least 4 Pure Gym's in Bristol.
- The photo on the PCN is incredibly vague and could literally be taken anywhere.
- They have provided no evidence of the regulations we have supposedly breached.
- I have requested details of their appointment with the landowner and a plan showing the extent of their appointment
They have subsequently reissued the PCN under a different reference which seems a blatent attempt to confuse and extort payment.
Anyway, they have rejected my appeal without providing any of the information i have requested, which seems a little unfair given the sketchy information provided to date.
Should i appeal to POPLA now?

Yes, but you should have used the forum template appeal. They'd have cancelled the same day.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
