Dollar Account

I have a dollar account with HSBC which is frankly not working for me as it costs a small fortune to put a cheque into my account. I would like change to another provider.I used to use the Citibank no fee current account but this was closed in June. I just need an account where I can keep my dollars and add quarterly dividend cheques. Any thoughts?

The US Dollar checks will be the problem.
The easiest would be a US checking account & depositing them via a mobile app.

Can you get the dividends changed to wire or ACH payments (US version of BACS) as then you could have more options.
