ZZPS debt recovery and parking fine

I suffer from severe dyslexia and unfortunately I overstayed my time limit at a fast food restaurant car park potentially due to my condition, which was overseen by the a private company.
I then received some letters which presumed were junk mail and binned.
Now I am receiving letters from the debt recovery agency mentioned in the title, stating I can no longer appeal and I need to contact them asap to resolve this debt, do I have any other options?

Your best bet is to read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread.
Post #4 of that thread tells you exactly how to deal with debt collector's letters.0 -

Me too - as posted in post #2 above.0 -

So it would have been an easy one to appeal and get cancelled. Would have been done & dusted within a week cancelled. next time, come here first!
Now you will have to ignore these daft debt letters, until you get a Letter before Claim from CEL and then a court claim (hassle for you, should not have thrown the letters away). You will then need to work on a defence here - we do win, though, 100% of the time v CEL.
Come back in 2018 when you get a claim.
Or try the NEWBIES template appeal for BPA members, to CEL (not to debt collectors) even though it is late. Send a copy of that appeal anyway (please don't copy the template here and ask 'is it this one?')
Please...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
