Hi good people looking for advice on what’s turning out to be a nitemare
Checked credit file recently default on there from Lowell for a T-Mobile account
Rang EE they said pay the bill Lowell will contact them and they EE would remove the default
Now all that didn’t happen as you know Lowell own the credit file and EE can’t remove information...Now the thing is i did further investigation and turns out this bill was issued in errror,I had paid up the 2 year contract then upgraded to EE they told me nothing to pay just continue to pay as normal...now EE admitted there error and would send off the email to get this bill reversed..but Lowell have not received anything..Rang EE up and there not being very helpful..don’t help that every time you ring you speak to a different person.....Is there any advice on the way forward thank you
