Sorry Keith, I hope it's corrected now.
  • Hi

Can someone send me a link to the newbies, as my appeal to the IAS has been dismissed. I’m new here and need further advice.

    Thanks

At this stage I do not have photographs of the signage, if necessary I will have to drive back and see if they help me at all.

I suppose I am slightly stumped at this moment in time.

Lets do a step by step. Pics would useful. You don't have any. Someone else may have them. If they have them they may be useful if they are around the same time. To help "someone" find the pics they may need they need to know the car park and the approximate date.

Quick check. Has the date and the car park been revealed?

Court claims are fairly mechanical / logical and are based on if not "a" then "b" unless "b" can be disproven. So going back to #42, we had 4 tests

    a) driver identity
    b) clarity of signs
    c) standing to make a claim

    d) Timings - but they have been rejected

Driver identity may be useful if you haven't revealed it, though it is available on this open forum. Clarity of signs has been rejected for lack of evidence. And the last point, standing, is moot as you haven't checked.

Hm.....this one is heading for a Harry Potter defence.

I too haven't read or seen any Harry Potter.

It really isn't difficult understand the message IamEmanresu is giving.

    Try reading his post again.

Leave out the sentence starting Hm... if it helps.
