Met parking services/ debt recovery plus

Hi I was a member at pure gym north who share a car park with dreams. Met parking fined me for apparently Parking in a dreams only space. I appelled this but they declined it and passed my details to debt recovery plus.
I sent up a payment plan for £20 a month but receive a letter from zenith collectors who are apparently the same company as debt recovery plus. I have since stopped paying them and was wondering what to do now.

Well if you have set up a payment plan and have now decided to break that agreement, then I fear your situation is no longer anything to do with parking. You can expect Zenith, or DRP, to take action to enforce payment.

Oh... and Met Parking didn't fine you. They sent you a speculative invoice.
  • I'm a student nurse in full time education I sent them and income and expenditure form. The letter they sent after I stopped the payment plan said that they would advice there client to take further action. Any suggestions on what to do?

Why did you take this seriously? Should have ignored the letters like everyone here has done for a decade.

All you can do now is ignore them like you should have done. Even £20 paid was too much.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Oh dear it's a pity you didn't come here first, you have even sent powerless muppets confidential information!

As CM said you did not get a fine.

This is the chance of MET taking you to court:

Yes you are right DRP and Zenith are one and the same, all part of their greedy twisted scam letter chain!
