UKCPS Parking Charge House Move

Hi all,
First post here, but have been doing lots of reading here recently thanks to receiving a parking charge notice recently.
The parking charge is from UKCPS for “parking outside of a marked bay” as the car was parked in a loading bay while the driver grabbed some lunch.
A version of the template for IPC companies was sent in for the appeal, and of course it has been rejected (as expected). I understand that the next course of action is to wait for court summons as there is no point appealing to the IPC.
I am due to move house in the coming weeks, and while in the short term I’ll have mail redirected, what advice would you give for informing the company of an address change?
The appeal letter does state the following:
“UKCPS Ltd will not enter into any further correspondence unless through the IAS appeal system detailed above.”
Perhaps of interest to members in relation to the template, you may receive something like this back: “UKCPS can only address the factual issues of where and how you parked. We will not enter into discussions about the legality of parking on private land or of the landowners right to impose parking conditions on their property”
Interesting that they imply I was driving the vehicle when I have declined to give information as to who was driving at the time of “offence”.
Any advice would be much appreciated, as you guys seem to know what you’re talking about!

Was the driver or any other occupant getting lunch from somewhere on the premises? From the Plain Language Commission:

Yes they were getting lunch from the shops on the other side of the loading bay (loading bay is for said shops).0

nope, incorrect
this is a civil matters so no "court summons" will arrive at all
an MCOL from Northampton CCBC is what the recipient receives if UKCPS proceed to issue a court case (vie the MCOL system)
completely different
UKCPS have 6 years to issue an MCOL0 -

Thanks everybody for the advice so far.
6 years does sound like a rather long time they come after me!
Is there any value in the template letter saying they can’t share my details with debt collectors?
I’ve also written to who I believe is the landowner, though they let to multiple businesses on the plot so I suspect they won’t really care.0 -

Just curious, why not do 'signed for' ?0 -
Because they can refuse it, and it costs money. They are not worthy of any expense beyond a stamp.
Normal post they can't refuse, and you can get a free certificate of posting from the PO Counter.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
