Will family paying mortagage interest affect benefits

Hope someone will have some ideas. My OH is a guarantor for my daughter's (ESA support group) mortgage. She has a relatively small mortgage but too much for us to pay off and we are prepared to pay the interest when SMI stops next April. The money will go straight to the BS as we could become liable if she defaults on repayments. My question is will our paying the interest affect her IR ESA ?

The money is not going to your daughter and will be paying your OH's debt liability because they are guarantor. There will be no effect on your daughter's ESA entitlement.

Thank you so much, one less thing to consider then.
