please help i have just bought sandisk v mate recorder but i am unable to use this with my sky plus box :mad: please can someone give me an idiot guide on using this item on sky plus as its driving me mad !!!! i have all leads in ready to use ! green light on ! i bought this as it was said even a child could use this .:eek:

are you trying to record something you already recorded & stored on your sky + box?

have you looked here?

I don't have one myself but from what i've read & heard from freinds that use them they are compatible with sky +, how are you connecting? have you tried scart to rca adapter (http://www.maplin.co.uk/searchtemplate.asp?criteria=RCA%20SCART%20ADAPTER) connect scart to back of sky +

ok now i can get picture where do i put ir emitter lead to my sky plus box Latest PVR3 Sky Plus Digital Satellite Box / Recorder is goes by its remote sensor where would that be ?
