Most Important Features

At the end of the day, what are the most important features of a current account? I admit when I switched back in Feb, it was AER on the account (not a bad choice, I think), but for others, there may be something else (like a linked savings account for example, or low overdraft rate).

What in your opinion, are the most important?
Mine:
1.) AER
2.) Cheap overdraft
3.) Linked savings account
4.) No fees on overseas use

Mine would be:

1. decent fee free overdraft limit (not worried about the interest rate as only use it occasionally)
2. friendly internet site with bacs transfers to other accounts in 2 days (eg Mon-Weds rather than Mon-Thurs which some do)
3. good customer service eg when you arrange for a banker's draft, it's ready and waiting
4. they don't try and sell you stuff every time you call, visit a branch etc
