Best app/website for editing videos?

I need to film a few clips, which might be seperste/ need editing in between, and then stitch the individual clips into one long one. What’s the best app to do this that is simple to use? I have the new iPad 2017 which I’ll be using.
Then would drop box/ we transfer be the best to upload them on to share?

iMovie can be used via an iPad. Ive used the desktop version and its easy to use plus free.
Yes either of Dropbox or WeTransfer is a good for sharing but the link to Dropbox is permanently available until you remove it whereas WeTransfer is only there for 7 days if you use the free service.0 -
