Refund fees Power of Attorney

I apologise if this is in the wrong category, earlier this year it was muted by Ministry of Justice that after they reduced the POA application fee from £110 to £82 per application in April 2017, they would consider refunds to people like me & partner that had put applications in Jan 2017 (4 altogether).

Does anyone know if there is a way of applying for this refund?

Thanks in advance

I have searched for information on this myself, and all I can see is a beta site for the relevant MOJ page. There appears to be no application form etc.

As far I understand it, the refunds are being rolled out somehow.

Think we are in same boat, these things never seem to move fast. Fingers crossed an update is provided soon. Thank you for responding.
