Sainsburys Energy (Still Taken Payments)
my Sainsburys duel fuel energy ended back in September or something so I jumped to Ovo energy duel fuel 2yr fix which Martin promoted
Today I got email from Sainsbury saying they are taken £52.46 on 27th December
I'm bloody lost now with billing they have me lost hope this gets sorted tomorrow when I phone them.:mad::mad:

Have you have confirmation from OVO that it is now your supplier for BOTH Gas and Elec ?
Is the Sainsbury bill a final bill - there would have been one for Elec and one for Gas (the Gas can take a long time)Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -

Even if you have paperless billing, save the PDF's on your computer.
And it's dual not duel. Duel means -

Dual means:

Suppliers have 6 weeks from the actual date of the transfer of supply to raise a Final Bill. It follows that it is possible to pay two suppliers for a couple of months. All overpayments will be returned. Have you received a Final Bill? The important thing to check is that the two suppliers have used the same readings to open and close your accounts.This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
