I have a NOW TV £10 pass from supermarket, I have created a NOW TV account.

1 I typed in voucher number and it didnt work, I tried lower case and upper case

2 NOW TV wants my bank card payment details (to check your over 18, and we will save your card details so you can add more now tv passes at any time) which I dont want to give them thats why I purchased a £10 voucher in the first place

3 Is there a way round the payment details page

    How old is the voucher?

    The help chat can check if it is valid and activate out of date ones.

    purchased voucher yesterday from supermarket, I dont know when the voucher was made, or was delivered to supermarket

    The procedure should have been...Open Now TV account entering CC details. Cancel subscription within Trial period. Add voucher.

    No, but if you cancel passes before they end no payments will be taken.

    you have to put payment details in; cancel the trial before it expires.
    If your voucher is for Entertainment add it after 14 days. Remember to cancel it too, either immediately after the voucher has been confirmed or put an entry in your diary.
