Hi I could do with your help.
3 years ago I was on duel fuel tariff with NPOWER and this was during the time that they were having issues with their IT system. When I left them,they stated that I owed them over £1000. Anyway, after phone calls etc I got a slight reduction and.I agreed to pay the debt over a 3 year period which should be end very soon
My question is, before I phone them, is as this is a repayment plan, should I have been receiving yearly statements to show what I had paid and what was still to be paid? Many thanks for your help

No, energy companies do not automatically issue yearly statements. You could request one though.Make £10 per day-

Thanks. I'll ask for one and hope.they send one. just very dubious about NPower and their lack of bills etc so you don't know where you are up to0
