ikea kitchen doors peeling

I have a 3 year old ikea kitchen, plastic coating peeling off doors. Ikea sent Ecomaster who said it is my fault! I had another inspection- poor quality of doors to blame. Ikea refusing to replace/refund say it is just wear and tear. So an Ikea kitchen lasts 3 years. They have closed my file and put Deadlock on it. Seems a lot of people had same problem, any advice please? Anybody had success getting Ikea to accept responsibility?
Thank you

really looking for advice from anyone who has had similar experience with Ikea and got replacement/compensation. Has anyone taken them to court or got help from Ombudsman and how long does all that take?

Are there any in particular that are peeling? Or all of them.

We had peeling cupboard doors with a ktichen supplied by a builder, but turns out the heat shield around the oven was insufficient so the high temperature caused them to peel.

I think I would get an independent kitchen expert to do a report then use this to send a letter before action to Ikea.

    Can you post a photo?

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
