BT Sport Via Plusnet

Moving to none Virgin area. Worked out this is going to be cheaper than adding with Sky/Fibre or going with BT/Sky directly.

How does it work? When you add it with your viewing card does it just appear as part of your Plusnet bill? I see no 2nd box option so I'm guessing this isn't possible.

I understand it's just a 30 day add-on so I can cancel when Champions League etc is not on?

On Virgin, you get access to their red button service. Admittingly as they spread their Euopean coverage over 4 channels I don't really use it much, but is red button option available when going through Plusnet/Sky?

Thanks.

Added to your Plusnet bill. Plusnet don't support multi room. If you want multi room BT offer it as an extra.

Red button yes on Sky but in SD only.

A better option may be a Youview box from Plusnet or BT. With BT you get all the BT Sport channels and the BT Sport Extra channels in SD or HD depending on the package. Don't know if Plusnet offer them on Youview.
  • Thanks. If going via Plusnet, can you choose which box has the BT Sports? Does it have to be the main box or can you do it via a mini in an extra room?

With BT bb and BT Sport you can connect up to two devices .
One via BT TV box and one via BT Sports app on tablet etc .

You have to choose one or the other.
