    You can have 2 of these accounts and the £750 can be 'recycled'. What does 'recycle' mean? If I open up two accounts can I set up a transfer for one of the accounts to the other and this will count as the £750 going in?

    Yes.

    The money can be recyled, it does not have to come from an external a/c.

    Just set up a standing order for a given day of the month to pay £750 from Tesco current a/c #1 to #2 and another on the same day to pay £750 from #2 to #1.

    I can confirm this works and meets the qualifying conditions to get the 3% interest.
