Got a letter
I don't really know what tax credits or NI contributions are, can someone explain briefly what has happened here and why tax credits from almost 2 decades ago are making a difference not? Something that happened in 2001 doesn't sound like a "recent change"
We have looked at your claim again following a recent change.
Your ESA will be [higher amount than before]
We have used tax credits ending April 2001 and April 2002 to assess your claim
We will credit you with NI contributions while claiming ESA
