Zopa - loan sales

Hello,
Does anyone have any experience in selling their loans on Zopa?
My partner sold her's quite easily but I have had very little success, and keep being fobbed off with various excuses - system running slow, some bad debtors etc After 1 month of trying to sell them Zopa reset the sale, so I have again requested the loans to be sold.
I'd welcome any thoughts on this.
