I found out on my bank statement that I was being charged £54 a month by your Lotto service I have never signed up for them the Halifax Returned my money then they took it away again because the company said I was a customer then the Halifax said I should get in touch with company again an ask to hear the telephone conversation that I deny having otherwise they said go to the Financial Ombudsman and call 1111

Dear all, I had a call also from these people and was so worried they had signed me up even though I did not give any bank details. This may help some of you as I quickly rang the main number 020 4525 3538 stating i did not want to sign up and not to send me anything. She assured me I was not. But then I went 1 step further and emailed them at info@yourlottoservice.co.uk telling them I wanted to be removed off their list and did not want to sign up and I got a email back saying they had removed me and held no data on me. I just wanted it in writing. So I am hoping this may help someone as I was so worried one day money would be taken out of my account. You never know how they do it. Also they are very confusing as i thought it was the national lottery. I0

Your lotto service signed me up for 45£ per month direct debit, they are supposed to take the first payment in march. After reading a lot of feed back I have cancelled the DD order on Internet banking, I also phoned them and told the I cancelled it

I'm checking them out because I've just received a letter from them via Royal Mail!
They had my name and address correct and referred to me as a regular National Lottery player being rewarded for loyalty (as it happens I play Euro Millions regularly but I take it they're just guessing here since I don't give Tesco my address when I buy my ticket).
The letter says I'm getting 10 free lines and gives a freephone number to ring.
The small print says ''You must register to participate...(YLS) may ask if you wish to join their lottery syndicate. The Free participation promoted above will be granted without prerequisites other than registration."
However, it doesn't specify what's required to register. I'm guessing this is where they ask for bank details and reel you in unsuspectingly.
Nor does it say how many members there are in the syndicate(s) - it could be thousands!
So I shan't be making the phone call.
Glad I checked them out.
