So, I spent 2 nights in 2 locations earlier this year - the deal at the time was "10% for a completed stay of 2 nights or more", "5% otherwise".
Both tracked at 5%, so querying it with Quidco eventually Travelodge have come back after 3 months with a rejection saying "I only stayed 1 night", yet I stayed 2 nights on both occasions. I paid in full in advance for 2 nights on each occasion
Quidco won't investigate further - well the will sort of (ie send proof that I stayed both nights, but how do I do that? Travelodge don't give out receipts, but it's academic anyway as the nights in question are non-refundable 'cheap' advance bookings so I've paid for them anyway).
Yes, yes, I know cashback is never guaranteed, but surely if they say "10% if you stay 2 nights or more", and you do stay 2 nights, then you should get the cashback due.
Grr grr vent vent!

Do you not have a digital receipt that states 2 nights or dates between booked and paid for ?
Failing that, contact Travelodge and inform them that they seem to have overcharged you for the 1 night stay their records say you had with them0 -
As above do you not have an email with your stay details on or a travelodge account0

You can get receipts from their website. Go to Manage Booking, enter the booking reference and the name of the person or the hotel it was booked for and there is an option to print or email the receipt.loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.0
