Templates for car finance psi

hello, Im sos sorry for sounding a bit stupid but I cannot for the life of me find the templates to complain re ppi. can somebody point me in the right direct pretty please?

    Templates are best avoided. The FOS has previously said that template complaints have a lower success rate than personalised complaints. This will mainly be due to people leaving things in templates that dont apply and can be easily refuted. The person then loses credibility and in balance of probability decisions, they can go against them.

    The FOS do a questionnaire that you can use to send to your car dealer.

    Remember that car dealers were not regulated until Jan 2005. So, apart from some branded car finance, the dealer can reject the complaint as being pre-regulation on those.
