    Great result Bargepole and it once again proves how vital it is for a Lay Rep or professional legal backing to be sought when so much money is at stake.
    Ridiculous comment and further evidence of your lack of understanding of private parking court cases.

    The vast majority of parking claims are all pretty similar and, allowing for the occasional 'looney' judge, can easily be defended successfully by a well prepared defendant following the advice on this forum.

    I would say there's only a very small percentage of cases which are either unusual, exceptional or complex, where a lay rep would be beneficial.

    But even then, by no means essential!
