Lease wording MIL COLLECTIONS COURT CLAIM

Hey all,
Just a quick update to say I've received a letter from the court, which orders the "particulars of the claim are struck out. " unless MIL "set out a clear legal basis within two weeks for their claim and relevant factual matters relied upon" Fingers crossed they don't try to!
Thanks again for all the help so far0 -
If it does get to court, bring this

to the attention of the judge. It is parliaments will that these companies are properly regulated. Purchasing an alleged debt for say £1 and suing you for a couple of hundred pounds is not only unfair, but a waste of court time. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

Yes already been in contact with DVLA who have confirmed CPMS requested my details. Will look into what to do with this if/when the case if closed. Oh and it was Manchester court who upheld my request for a strike out.0 -

Excellent news
Manchester court are generally wise to the antics of PPCs0 -
Certain courts certainly do get wise to the antics of repeat claimants.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hey all,
Can confirm I've had no further information from MIL within the time limit and so the case has been struck out :-)
Just been looking into the next steps in a counter claim/payback. Am I right in thinking now I have the information from DVLA that my information was requested by CPMS and presumably passed onwards to MIL, the first step would to lodge a complaint with ICO?
Thanks again for all the help
