GE Money Claim rejected but offered Plevin Payment

Hi - I used the Claim PPI service inside the MSE website around 6 weeks ago and has worked a treat - so thanks for that.

Made a claim against GE money for mis-sold PPI from Anglian Windows purchased 2007. They have refused the claim and said I should take it up with Anglian as it was their salesman etc...

However - they have made an offer under Plevin - the commission on the PPI was only 84.29% - no wonder the salesman knocked off £1000 off the windows if I took out PPI !!!!!

Question now is - Do I take the Plevin payment from GE ? How will this affect my claim against Anglian ?

Or should I wait until I get a response from Anglian ?

Any one with experience with Anglian and GE money would be appreciated

Thanks

You always complain to the seller. Not the lender. Unless the lender was the seller as well.

It will have no impact on your complaint against Anglian. Although if they uphold it, they will deduct the plevin payout from it.

  • Great - will take the money from GE and claim again against the Anglian
