Hi .. just needing a bit of advice please. I have read all the first page explaining what I need to do but just need confirming if you think I would be able to contest a parking charge notice I have received from Minster Baywatch. I parked in a casino near to work earlier this week and paid the correct amount. However I didn't see the signs and parked in a bay that was specifically for casino customers hence the charge notice. Even though I was technically at fault do you think I could still send my template off and test my luck? Any advice greatfully received

You say you have read the newbies FAQ thread
Throughout you are advised never to reveal who was driving.
You need to edit your post to remove details of who was driving

do you think I could still send my template off
It would be a waste of time writing it if people didn't use it.0 -

However THE DRIVER didn't see the signs and parked in a bay that was specifically for casino customers hence the charge notice. Even though THE DRIVER was technically at fault do you think I could still send my template off and test my luck? Any advice greatfully received
Edit your post, why are you saying who was driving, when this forum wins by NOT saying that?
Anyway, the first lines in the NEWBIES thread say this:WELCOME!

NO IT ISN'T. AND YOU DO NOT NEED SPECIFICS - FORGET THE DETAIL, THESE CASES ARE ALL THE SAME.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
