Cheap flight to sydney?

Hi all,
I'm hoping someone out there can advise me on booking the CHEAPEST possible return flight to Sydney!
Is there a 'cheapest' time to book?
I'm happy to stop over or even fly to a different city in Aus if it makes things cheaper!
I've been on Skyscanner, Kayak & Momondo as MSE has advised but hoping there's still a cheaper way!
I need the fly around the 27th July for about 10 days.
Please HELP!
Thanks in advance

The cheapest time to fly is clearly not at the start of the school holidays, in fact fares are lowest between April and the end of June. If you have to fly on the 27th July then wait until the end of December when most airlines have their New Year sale, sometimes the fares are bargains, sometimes they are not. It very much depends on supply and demand and judging by the current fares in excess of £1000 I am not certain there will be any need to put these flights into a sale at all0

What has been your cheapest quote thus far?0

£20 an hour is cheap.
Look at the Chinese airlines’ websites and see if there’s an odd routing bargain.
Double check any transit visa requirements, if any.
Also look at Philippines airlines, Royal Brunei (no alcohol) and Garuda Indonesia (Ash cloud?)Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0 -

Look from your hubs like Amsterdam and just keep changing airports and see what gets it cheaper. I went via Dublin but the exchange rate was better and saved over £200:T:T  :beer::beer: to the lil one
