Gladstones / HX Car Park Management LTD PCN/ Court claim form

Hello All,

I am new to all these forums but need your professional help as i don't know where to start in fighting back against these companies. i have attached all docs i have received up to date.

Basically i stopped my car round the rear of the Shell garage at salterhelble in Halifax for about ten mins never leaving the car. I unaware that this was a problem having lived in Siddal for 17 years I've used this spot for many years and never had an issue.

Now i received the first letter on the 18/01/17

(attached) saying i had a parking fine and had to google where it was i would of never thought it would of been there. anyways i chose to ignore the letters after reading some forms after a few more letters i got one then from DRP

    Shopfitting would be my guess!

OP - in your very long post, did you not read the NEWBIES thread, the REALLY obviously one, for post 2? This goes through the court claim

What you failed to do was give date of issue of the claim form on the thread (cant see that link) OR confirm if you have acknowledged the claim
If you have not acjnowledged do so NOW. Exactly as instucted on the thread you will have now read.
