PCM parking charge notice

So someone parked in a private road controlled by PCM. Got a windscreen sticker on return. Worst thing is parked next to a sign which stated the parking regulations. Have followed the suggestion in the sticky re the appeals procedure and sent off the template appeal. Is it worth fighting this seeing as though the photos they have show the sign clearly visible next to the car?

Always worth fighting
Throughout here you get advised never to reveal the driver so you need to edit your post to remove the details of who was driving

The important thing to remember is that creditors have 6 years to initiate legal proceedings, and ways of working could change over the next 6 years0
