Prices go up on 7th January, am in contract till 27th February. Can I give notice now because of the price increase?

Depends when you were informed of the price increase - you had a limited time to give notice you wanted to leave because of the increase
(How long you have left on your minimum term is irrelevant to this issue)0 -
I was in contract until the end of May. I was notified around the end of November of the price increase and switched on 12 Dec without penalty.0
