Can you try to access device manager, select your internet adapter then select roll back driver0

i have tried this but when I start up I am now getting a blue screen, when I start up in safe mode I cannot find internet adaptor0

I'd try downloading the latest drivers yourself and installing them. If necessary, you could try removing any drivers ORbit has installed via Device Manager.0

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A DRIVER BOOSTER !!
Drivers can not be "boosted" !!
Why do people install this crap ?
You need in the first instance to download malwarebytes and adw cleaner onto a usb stick and run them on the machine ..
Once you have a clean slate we will help you fix the other problem0 -

All we really have to agree with this statement, These crap apps load when Windows starts (Eat your memory and slow down your computer) Now you have got a blue screen ...:(
As you can start Windows in safe mode, this crapware blocks a normal operation.
Well let's try to fix the problem first, Try System Restore (select before the date you install this crapware!

Tried all these without success
I have now formatted my hard drive and reinstalled windows now ok
when you download a program recommended by computer active magazine you do not expect this to happen I have now learned my lesson0 -
Tip : they were paid to endorse it0

Also, before you downloaded the programme, there may have been boxes with checkmarks, which asked if you also wanted other stuff. The other stuff would have been the danger. The boxes need to be unchecked before downloading.
I long ago stopped downloading PC magazine software. They make no money from the mags, unless it's an expensive Glossy. My favourite (and only) PC mag was Micro Mart, which bit the dirt because it was uneconomical.I think this job really needs
a much bigger hammer.

The recommended program gave you a driver that didn't work with your hardware. That error is easy to make manually never mind through the logic of a program. The issue you encountered is hardly the fault of the magazine but the important lesson is programs like those are junk.0
