British Gas Smart Meter Readings Not Taken

Hello,

Just got off the phone with BG having realised I didn't receive my monthly bill on the 1st December.

They advised that there was an issue with a "large number" of customers Smart Meters (all of them??) and that readings were not taken in December (or were taken, but then not processed for billing).

So if anyone has a Smart Meter with BG and is on monthly billing, I suggest you check your account and call them if you believe that you have not had readings taken and a bill generated.
