Does anybody know when the monthly refresh happens? My report was supposed to update yesterday and it's still saying 'due to be updated on 13th Dec' but it hasn't yet.

Same with me but it has never been more than three days late. My Credit Report usually updates on the 10th of the month although the MSE Dashboard, affordability, score etc. updates on the 23rd of the month.
You should be updated within a day or two.
Incidentally, you can also tell when it has been updated because you will be asked to confirm your personal, income and mortgage details.0
