Macerator faulty - quiet replacement

We have a Saniflo Sanitop 2 macerator that is over 10 years old (probably nearer to 12 years old). It has been humming a lot, but then eventually, after many retries, spins up and pumps out the waste. I am sure it is not blocked and I'm guessing the discharge pipe is not blocked because when the macerator spins up it clears OK (no back pressure). It is connected to a toilet only.

I think it is probably time for a replacement and I would like a quieter unit. I found a Uniflo unit that claims 35db noise level. I have no idea what level the Saniflo is but suspect it is noiser since it is an old model.

Does it sound like I need to replace the old Saniflo and if so do you have any suggestions and/or recommendations?
