Reclaiming credit Card charges

I have been trying since May 2007 to re-claim my credit card charged from lloyds Bank - I had to take them to court and now my claim has had a stay put on it by a County Court Judge saying that all bank charges have been put on hold - I wrote to explain again that it was CC charges I was re-claiming and they asked me to send a statement from my credit card as proof, which I did, they still did not remove the stay - I today recieved a letter after again writing and explaining I was re-claiming CC charges and NOT bank charges and my letter today says 'The Judge ahs made the following comments - 'Claimant to set out why the principles are any different for credit charges as apposed to bank charges'
Any idea what I should reply - I am begginning to lose faith in re-claiming them but they are over £200 so worth it in the long run. Thanks
